Carolina has been so kind, professional and incredibly knowledgable from beginning to end and it is clear that she really cares about your individual experience and the results you will achieve, making sure you’re happy and checking in throughout. The most amazing microblading experience! Carolina explains every stage of the process extremely well and she asked all the necessary questions to find out exactly what kind of look I desired. I felt really confident in her abilities to give me the best outcome and I couldn’t be happier with the result. My brows have a very natural yet full look without even needing a top up! I enquired on instagram and Carolina replied really quickly answering all my questions and more. There was no pressure selling. Her opening hours were very accommodating I had both my appointments on Sundays. Carolina is lovely she even gave me £2 for the parking when my ringo app wouldn’t work! She goes above and beyond for her clients I even got given a blanket to keep warm. I had combo brows and I’m really happy with the results. I’d seen a lot of pages on instagram before choosing Carolina and I’m so glad I chose to book with her. If you’re considering booking id definitely recommend it. I decided to make an appointment and everything was wonderful, impeccable service, she explained exactly everything about the procedure and made me comfortable. I have been thinking for a long time about doing permanent makeup of my eyebrows. I was looking to get my brows re-done after 15 months since I had them previously microbladed at a salon near my parent’s house, but wanted to go somewhere closer to Leeds. Luckily I saw Carolina’s sponsored Instagram post and I am SO glad I did. Not only did she have to work with somebody else’s previous work, but she’s made them look even better than I’d hoped for with some lovely natural feathered brush strokes at the start of the brow. I am over the moon with the result, and am so happy to not have to wear product in them all the time, just in time for my travels to New Zealand! The studio is beautiful and located in lovely Ilkley (just a 5 minute walk from the train station). The process was smooth, everything was explained so well, very thorough technique, and the communication before/in between/after the main appointment and touch up appointment has been fantastic. Carolina is super professional and a perfectionist. She talks honestly, let you know every step of the way before even starting and she takes great attention to details.
